acuis ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

acuis is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• Local Data Storage: All your goals, tasks, and progress data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store this data on our servers.
• Optional AI Features: If you choose to use AI-powered features (goal suggestions, task generation), your data is sent to our secure backend server and then to NVIDIA's API for processing. This data is not stored permanently and is only used to generate responses.
• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising networks.

How We Use Your Information

The limited data we process is used solely for:

• Providing AI-powered goal and task suggestions (only when you explicitly use these features)
• Improving app functionality and user experience

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your goals, tasks, and progress are stored only on your device using secure local storage.
• AI Processing: When using AI features, data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to our backend server and NVIDIA's API. This data is processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
• No Cloud Backup: We do not automatically back up your data to the cloud. You are responsible for backing up your device.

Third-Party Services

acuis may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services: For app distribution and updates (Android only)

Children's Privacy

acuis is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and delete your data (stored locally on your device)
• Opt out of AI features by not using them
• Uninstall the app at any time, which will remove all local data

Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained on your device until you delete the app or clear app data
• AI Processing Data: Not permanently stored; processed in real-time only
